Press release from the City of Eden Prairie: April 7, 2021 Eastbound I-494 between Flying Cloud Drive and Prairie Center Drive is closed overnight Thursday, April 8, for SWLRT bridge construction. The closure is in effect from 10 p.m. until 5 a.m. Friday, April 9. Westbound I-494 is closed during this time from Hwy. 169 to Flying Cloud Drive. Message boards and other signage will detour traffic as shown in the road closure map below. More details about this project are available at SWLRT.org.
