Job Type: Full Time - Seasonal - May to October (Entire Season Commitment Required) Qualifications: Minimum 18 years of age Valid driver’s license Clean driving record Ability to obtain DOT Health Certificate Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite & Internet/Email familiarity a must) Willingness to learn & receptive to coaching Ability to follow instructions Ability to work variable hours Excellent communication skills Advanced problem-solving skills Ability to contingency plan Excellent attention to detail with record keeping, must be able to keep track of daily paperwork & tasks Ability to push, pull & lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day Experience operating forklifts & skid steers (Preferred but can train) Experience operating box trucks and pulling gooseneck trailer (Preferred but can train) Ability to work effectively with little to no supervision Proficient understanding of materials procurement Familiarity with Fairbanks area & local vendors Duties: Pick-up, receive, inspect, verify, stage & organize all materials Verifies material description, quantity & quality against vendor documentation and company purchase order Properly secures, loads and unloads incoming & outgoing materials Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, yard & fleet Observe vendor & client established COVID protocols Other related duties as assigned Description: This role will pick up, receive, and process orders using company established guidelines and protocols. The ideal candidate for this position will have previous success in a facilitator capacity. Ensuring accuracy and quality of orders are key components to this role. This position requires an ability to work with the general public, our vendors, and clients in a positive and professional manner. Enjoying working individually and in a team setting is important. This is a fast-paced role within a fun and hardworking organization with a lot of moving parts.
