Help needed with move Thursday/Friday

Hi -- Moving Friday and need help with general carrying and clean-up. Had my knees replaced and I'm two flights up so I can't haul stuff down the stairs...like recycling, things going in my car etc. I have movers, I just need one person to help me with random carrying and cleaning so I don't hurt my knees. Would like to have the place in shape to drive way and be done. Hours? 7 am - noon-ish. If you're available tomorrow (Thursday) could possibly use help then too for clean-up. Need you to show up early to help me with last minute clean-up and taking any things to the trash and my car, then follow us to the new place and unload anything necessary. Thanks!
