Our Large Format printing department is looking for an eager candidate to work in the warehouse with daily production of graphics. We create amazing, innovative, high quality graphics and designs for our clients. You will working closely with the large format manager in an effort to reach production goals. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will grow along with our company. Experience is ideal but we will train you if you are a great candidate for the position! Essential Duties and Job Functions: Help in the warehouse with daily production of graphics: cutting and mounting prints, cold and hot laminating. Operation of large format printers, laminators, and flatbed cutters. Help to maintain a clean and well organized warehouse. Good communication between fellow employees, and management. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Hard working, "Get it done right" attitude. Mechanical skills to use hand tools & light power tools (knives, rulers, laminators, small saws, and drills). A self-driven individual who can stay on task. Demonstrate pride in work and a determination to finish the job. Creative in problem solving. Highly organized. Attention to detail is essential. 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred. Must have a general understanding of measurements. Carpentry knowledge and skills. Requirements: Must be available to work 8 hours a day, typically from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, but can vary. Must be flexible with occasional extended days. Some college is preferred. Good communication skills; Must speak and read English. Must have reliable transportation. Must have the ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted. Must be able to withstand temperatures in a typical warehouse environment. This position spends majority amount of time on your feet; standing, walking, lifting.
