Hourly Pay - Full-time/Part-time Looking for a professional window treatment installer. The ideal candidate must be able to measure and delivers top customer service. Duties and Responsibilities: • Install blinds, shutters, shades, drapes and other window treatments • Perform window treatment repairs • Take accurate window measurements • Communicate with customers your timeframe and schedule • Plan your installations and work day efficiently • Take before and after pictures of windows and treatments • Show customers how to use their new treatments • Receive customer payments • Maintain proper paperwork • Clean customer premises of any installation debris, dust, etc. Skills and Abilities: • Pleasant, professional and friendly attitude • Professional appearance • Familiarity with installation tools • Good communication skills with customers and employees • Punctuality at appointments • Able to lift up to 50 pound boxes • Able to work on ladders up to 20 feet • Clean driver’s license • Willing and able to work in fast paced environment Additional requirements: • Ability to navigate & plan your workload- Must be able to find your way from location to location and schedule work load to be as productive as possible. Less time in the car is more time completing installations and servicing the clients. • Would prefer the candidate have tools (cordless drill, level, tool box, tape measure), know how to use tools, or have previous installation experience. But that is NOT a requirement. We can supply tools and teach you what you need to know. We are a locally owned and operated business with over 30 years of professional service to San Diego. We are looking to add a permanent member to our business. The position is subject to a 90 day probationary period.
