Competitive wages and benefits 13 days paid vacation Profit Sharing The shift time available: Monday - Thursday 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with the possibility of overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. Pay: $15-$18/hr PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Review work orders - Locate windows and doors - Build unit according to specifications - Attach accessories and custom items - Perform quality checks to assure conformance to standards - Package units - Stage for Shipping - Maintain a clean and safe work area - Cut and prep custom extrusions to exact measurements - Operate basic hand tools- Cut down packaging materials - Assure conformance with 5S program - Assure compliance with all related safety policies and procedures - Perform Safety audits - Follow standard work, control plans, and written work instructions - Follow proper lifting techniques - Follow directions given by the Management team - Support and participate in Lean initiatives - Serve as a member of the Department team, providing assistance as needed - Participate in the continuous improvement process - Ability to work with other associates Qualifications Ability to operate basic hand tools Basic reading and math skills Ability to read a tape measure Ability to read blueprints Demonstrated broad product knowledge Oral communication skills Basic team skills Basic organizational skills Physical ability to perform job duties Demonstrated ability to work without direct supervision Understanding of related safety policies and procedures Our Values Define Us They speak to our past and guide our future.
