Qualifications/Skills: -Knowledge in the Restoration Industry, including but not limited to water mitigation, mold remediation and fire damage restoration. -Emergency response (including weekends), mitigation and cleanup of properties damaged by fire, water and mold. -Ability to demo and tear down damaged materials. -Prior experience in mitigation work including structural drying, maintaining drying logs, setting up equipment, water extraction, etc. is required. -Valid driver's license required. -IICRC Certification (Cleaning and Restoration Certification) is strongly preferred. -High attention to detail. -Understand and execute work orders in a timely and professional manner. -Ability to operate efficiently with minimum supervision. -Must have good English communication skills, both written and verbal. -Willingness to participate in all training as needed or required. -Ability to provide company management with timely and accurate information related to the status of projects.
