"We want the market to feel like an old-fashioned grocer, where you can buy great ingredients grown close to where you live." Among the offerings will be: Fresh, seasonal, home-grown fruits and vegetables from Barbee Farms in Concord, North Carolina Fresh-baked croissants, baguettes, breads and pastries from Copain, a European-style bakery in Charlotte Beverages from Defined Coffee Bay said he also has plans to add local honey, seafood and meat to the market, and that a newsletter for shoppers will feature what will be for sale at the market each week.
