Need 2 tree limbs removed from a live tree

2 tree limbs need to be cut off a live tree about 20 feet off the ground then cut into fireplace length. Leave all debris cut into manageable pieces for a burn pile and the cut logs in a pile right next to the tree. Limbs are about 20' off the ground. Would like someone with proof of insurance, I don't need a law suit if you get injured. No insurance, you can bring a printed liability waiver for us to sign.
