Real Wood Products is a family business with a small workforce looking for hard-working, motivated individuals who take pride in what they produce. We have several openings on our production teams available immediately. These are short-term through the end of May with the possibility for long-term employment. Current In-Season Job Responsibilities (Immediately – May): • Operating pneumatic guns and banders, saws, and machinery • Grading and stacking wood on the outfeed of saws • Packaging and labeling units of product for shipment • General labor and housekeeping • Light – medium duty work Job Details: • Single shift 7am – 3:30pm, Monday – Friday (40-hour work week) • Occasional Saturdays and overtime available • Punctual and reliable attendance is required • Be comfortable working in outdoor covered environments • Consistently follow safe practices and procedures – including current health protocols • Ability to work well with a team • Pre-employment drug screen required Wages: • Starting wage $15.00/hour • Paid time off and paid holidays accrue after 30 days of employment • Permanent long-term employees receive a full benefits package
