Job Description:
● Assist the Production Manager in planting, pruning, trellising, application of fertilizer and
pesticides, irrigation, maintenance, record compliance and thorough communication with
upper management in accordance with OLCC laws and procedures.
● Work alongside the Production Manager and provide training, management, and
oversight of any employees working in the greenhouse.
● Maintain cleanliness in and around the greenhouse, inventory of supplies, monitoring
and maintaining equipment, communicating with upper management when supplies are
needed.
● Provide relief to the farm crew in whatever tasks are necessary around the farm
including but not limited to pruning, harvesting, cleaning, maintenance and repairs and
processing crops.
● Answering to and completing any and all tasks according to the needs of the Production
Manager and the farm at large.
Qualifications:
● Experience in agriculture, specifically experience working in a greenhouse, with some farming
knowledge preferred.

to be faced throughout the year. We are looking for a person with great critical thinking skills and
ability to communicate, take direction, and give direction to others efficiently and effectively.
● Ability to lift 50+ lbs occasionally.
● Ability to work in very hot and humid climates.
