Missing Husky Pup

Hi. My Son's 3 month old husky went missing this morning at 9am. She got out of our yard and went to a neighbor's kid who grabbed her. An African American man in a white BMW asked her if the dog belonged to her and she said "no". He took her saying it belonged to him. It might be a complete misunderstanding. If you have her or know somebody who has her please call me. We will give a reward, no questions asked. The kids are devastated, we just want her back. Please help us.
