This course is HUD approved and REQUIRED for all Home Buyers interested in Downpayment Assistance. It is FREE and open to the public. HOMEOWNERSHIP IS POSSIBLE FOR EVERYONE! Are you ready to make that move and start the process of buying your first home, or maybe it's been a while and you forgot what it takes to get yourself to that closing table? This course is designed for home buyers (new and experienced) who are looking for guidance on the steps it takes to get through the transaction from start to finish. For participating, you will earn the golden ticket of a certificate that will qualify you to be eligible for Downpayment Assistance (income and guidelines apply). We will have guest speakers walking you through each step, educating and opening doors of opportunities for all who attend. Lunch and refreshments will be provided.
