Hi there! We are looking for an experienced, reliable, hard-working employee who is looking to grow within a company. ++YOU MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE IN USING 250 GAL - 400 GAL DISPERSION MACHINE (EPOXY /PAINT DISPENSER)!!!++ We are looking for a dynamic, experienced epoxy/paint blender. ****PLEASE APPLY ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE EXPERIENCES IN EPOXY/PAINT BLENDING***** Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following and other duties as assigned: Set up and operate equipment to mix and blend raw materials used in the manufacturing of liquid products. Obtains and understands all documentation for making batches. Ensures correct ingredients are used for each batch. Follow batch records and formulas precisely. Operates equipment (mixers, scales, meters, pumps, forklifts, etc.) safely. Document test procedures and results and retain product samples. Monitors raw material usage on each blend are added correctly with right weights. Ensures all raw materials returned to inventory have the right quantity and information on containers and containers are in good condition. Follows lab instructions regarding batch approval, adjustments, and any additional requirements. Completes all paperwork and batch documentation in a timely manner. Keep workspace and mixing equipment clean and follow safety & production quality. Qualifications: Previous experience mixing and blending epoxy / paint. Excellent organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detail. Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, email, and inventory/manufacturing software programs. Strong math and measurement skills to ensure the ratios of mixed materials and consistent. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion with information. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment. Ability to meet daily production goals in regards to Safety, Quality, and Productivity. Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time. Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Epoxy2U, LLC is a top-quality USA-made liquid polymer manufacturing company.
