We are looking for a full time lead position within our established construction company. The type of work we perform is primarily interior residential and apartment renovations. A minimum of 3 years general construction experience is required along with your own transportation. You must have a positive attitude and the ability to work well with others. You will be responsible for managing 3 other people under your supervision to complete the weekly schedules as provided. Expectations of this position are as follows: -Be on-site to direct laborers at the start of the day -Ensure all required tools and equipment are on-site each day (equipment supplied by our company) -Put together a daily / weekly work order for completion of work to meet deadlines and company benchmarks -Assign laborers to each task and monitor their progress -Ensure safe working procedures are being followed -Prepare material take-offs for projects -Support laborers with tasks as needed -Assure quality control is met -Inspect work site daily for hazards -Report issues to upper management -Be sure tools and job site is secure at end of each day -Have the ability to manage people If you are looking for a long term position with a well-established company please contact us as these positions are available immediately.
