A property management company currently has job openings for skilled HVAC and Appliance repair/replacement Technicians. Call or text 213-399-3454 * Full Time * Pay $18 -$24/hr based on experience Requirements: • Own reliable truck or van • Minimum 3+ years of work experience in HVAC and Appliance maintenance and repair trade • Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of equipment • Inspect, repair, modify and install HVAC equipment and Appliances • Operate specialized machinery, equipment and tools utilized in the repair, installation and maintenance of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems • Friendly, responsible, and good communicator • EPA Certification for HVAC tech is a must • Must have a VALID driver's license and a car to use for work • Must be willing to travel within LA County • Must have tools We are an equal opportunity employer.
