Full time Janitorial Supervisor needed Monday thru Friday from 2PM to 10:30PM. Job is to commence on Monday May 3rd. This position is for an educational institution. Candidates must have experience in the janitorial field and also have experience supervising other cleaning staff. Candidate must also have experience in floor care such as carpet cleaning, stripping and waxing floors, buffing floors and using other commercial floor care equipment such as auto scrubber machine. This is a "working supervisor" position. This means half the shift will be cleaning and the other half of the shift will be supervising. Supervising duties will include: making sure cleaners punch in & out at the correct times, working with cleaning staff on quality of service, monitoring supplies and equipment, performing inspections, recognizing areas where additional cleaning services are needed, ETC. Position will also require Supervisor to use disciplinary action with general cleaning staff.
