Sclamo's Appliance and Furniture 1485 Grafton Road Millbury MA 01527 508-755-1400 508-755-3747 Currently looking for a Delivery Driver with a license and experience/ comfortable with driving a 16ft box truck. Delivery associates to help with house deliveries/setup and in house assistance as requested. See Below for the job expectations/requirements. JOB DESCRIPTION - Complete Home Delivery of all types of furniture/ bedding/ appliances to customers satisfaction - Work Professionally as part of a two-person crew on the road - Knowledge on how to Safely operate a small 16ft Box Truck - Assist in warehouse and showroom as requested - Provide good customer service by being professional and kind - Demonstrate a cooperative and helpful attitude during work hours - Professional delivery setup = unpacking and set up furniture securely - Follow any special instructions as provided by office for certain deliveries - Removal of old appliances / furniture and packing materials as mentioned on invoice - Delivery and setup completed efficiently and professionally with no damages - Knowledge of how to set up various appliances - will be trained in-store - Daily completion of safety and maintenance checks on vehicle and equipment - Punctual Completion of Work - Wear and maintain uniform / dress presentably - Present a neat and professional appearance - Accept any other duties as assigned by your managers REQUIREMENTS - Experience required - Drivers License needed - Good Driving Record - Comfortable/Safe Operation of a Box Truck (16ft) and/or pick up truck. - Safely and regularly operate a two wheeler (AKA appliance dolly) - Maximum Weight Lifting: 250 lbs with 2 people Please come into the store to apply.
