The biggest Plumbing, Electrical, and Home Appliance Installation company in New England is expanding and looking to add career-oriented installation experts to our team! Best Yet Installations, Inc is looking to take our business to the next level, and we are retooling our business accordingly to attract the kind of talent it takes to be the best in the industry. We are looking to fill positions in our newly created experience and expertise rated system. We need to fill several levels including: • Technician in Training, Level 2 (Entry-level) • Journeyman Plumber If you are motivated and looking for a career-oriented position with a low-hurdle to entry give us a call. We have a newly developed career structure with 4 levels ranging from Technician in Training to our top classification of Journeyman Plumber. The classifications are based on experience, knowledge, and expertise. We are looking for people at all levels and would love to discuss with you your current experience or interest. Each classification has its own compensation level within our structure. Our intention is to create the ability for people to ‘Level up’ at their own pace and to provide a career path to grow with your knowledge base and experience. Work schedule: We operate 6 days per week and our teams work on a schedule that results in a Full-time, 5-day workweek. Opportunities for additional shifts could be available.
