We are seeking highly skilled subcontractors who have great experience with window and door installation and replacement. The scope of work ranges from small residential houses to large commercial projects. If you are a quality minded subcontractor with superior workmanship, we would like to hear from you. Qualifications: -Licensed and Insured in the Suffolk, Nassau or NYC area -Valid Driver's License -Experience working with power and hand tools -Ability to install new windows and doors and remove old windows and doors. -Ability to take measurements using various measurement tools -Experience with previous window and door installations -Knowledge of repair work for windows and doors -Great communication skills with homeowners and businesses at all times. Requirements: -Inspect window and door frames prior to installations. -Remove previous frames and install new ones. -Cut and measure spaces and doors. -Use power and hand tools to ensure windows and doors are installed securely. -Install hardware including handles, locks, keys, fixtures and more. -Install new windows and doors to meet code requirements. -Install interior and exterior trims -Be held reliable for improper installations -Complete installation projects in a timely manner. Pay: Differs based on each project.
