Bar None Auction is your premier source for your monthly vehicle and heavy equipment auction. We are currently seeking a people that have experience and knowledge with checking in vehicles, Commercial Trucks, Trailers, and Construction Equipment. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for the daily check-in of inventory for auction. This process includes writing a full description of the item, taking quality photos and inputting data into computer system for online catalog. The items being inventoried will range from vehicles, commercial trucks, trailers, heavy construction equipment, agricultural tractors, and industrial machinery. It is requested the applicants have some prior work experience around some of the inventories listed above for knowledgeable reference to the items they will be describing on a daily basis. The position is a high volume position requiring Inventory Specialist to be able to hand write descriptions, enter data in to computer in a proficient manner, and manage file data for images. Applicants must be computer literate and comfortable working outside in a construction yard environment and able to transition to a desk for data entry and inventory research. Efficiently and accurately identify details of variety of inventory types. Provide customer service to all customers. Take quality pictures and maintain high volume quota. Research details of specific engine types, serial numbers, and other specific information using internet. Communicate with customers and employees via email or verbally to handle moment by moment details. Neat and organized workflow and ability to multi task. Must be a self starter and able to follow through on task without supervision. Minimum Requirements: - HS diploma. - Data entry 20 words per min minimum. - Computer proficiency (MS Office Word / Suite). - Knowledge of vehicle type and info, and all types of construction equipment Applicants with the most knowledge of a variety of equipment types will be considered best applicants and attract a higher starting wage. This is not an equipment operating position but rater a data entry and check-in position requiring wring skills.
