PT/Seasonal position available We are looking for an experienced grounds/porter assistant maintenance for our apartment/townhome property in Andover KS. Individual must be proficient in areas of general maintenance and grounds/porter work. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to assisting the lead maintenance technician in painting, make ready, carpentry work. The individual is required to work directly with the on site manager to ensure all preventative and deferred maintenance and grounds work is performed timely. Candidates must be highly motivated and able to work with little to no supervision, be organized and able to pass background screening. Pay is based off of experience.
