ISO Part time handyman, overall maintenance for small family owned property management company in Rochester. Previous experience and general knowledge in electric, plumbing, HVAC and basic home repairs a MUST. Should have reliable transportation. Basic hand/power tools a plus. Position requires on call for after hour emergency only maintenance. Pay is based on experience. Background and drug test will be performed. Please send resume to email provided.
