RESIDENTIAL CARPENTER | FINISH CARPENTER | CARPENTRY FORMAN: We are currently looking for (2) qualified Finish Carpenters and (1) Carpentry Foreman / Supervisor for immediate long term employment. We are looking to expand our team of leaders, knowledge seekers and quality builders. We’ve been in business for 30+ years and continue to grow. Job Requirements: Must have (6-15) years of jobsite experience with framing and finish carpentry. The right candidate must own a full set of personal hand tools and power tools including: table saw; compound miter saw; transit or laser level. Photos of Proven experience as a residential carpenter showcasing a broad set of skills working with all carpentry materials is required. Must have an excellent understanding of carpentry techniques; building codes; fabrication and residential construction methods used in new construction, remodels and renovation projects. Exceedingly Proficient in using measurement tools, electrical and manual equipment (powered saws; hammers; rulers; levels; lasers; brakes; etc.) to complete a project from start to finish. The ability to read technical documents, drawings and effectively communicate technical details to the production team through hand sketching, verbal and written communication as well as basic math. Strong ability to analyze a problem, provide multiple solutions and implement said solution. Maintaining a good physical condition, endurance, and strength is a must. Ability and willingness to lead crews and be a supporting crew team member as each project requires. Must love working on small and large jobs equally maintaining a positive thirst for personal, team and company growth.
