Aparment Maintenance and unit turns

I have a bunch of apartments in both Mount Washington and Mount Airy and have a lot of upcoming long term work for the right person that is skilled and reliable. I currently have an immediate need for 3 unit turns to do as well as ongoing, typical apartment maintenance needs, etc. Please reply back if you are interested.
