Servpro of Novi/Commerce South and Bloomfield is looking for a crew chief to join our team! You will be responding to emergency calls to commercial and residential structures that have been affected by water, fire, and or mold damage. The position requires ability to be on call and respond immediately after hours and weekends based on a rotating schedule (typically once a month). As our Water, Fire, and Mold crew chief, you will • Respond to emergency disaster losses and determine what steps are needed to complete job • Ensure complete job files (Sketch, insurance adjuster conversations, tick sheets, photos and forms) • Assign tasks to technicians and communicate with the customer to make sure all needs are met • Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, and warehouse as needed • Production processes are performed according to guidelines • Ensure that jobs are completed beyond customer expectations We are looking for team members to take ownership of their job responsibilities and have a great attitude.
