Restoration 1 of Central Denver provides interior commercial and residential restoration services including water mitigation, mold remediation, sewage cleanup and mitigation, and fire and smoke damage restoration. We are looking for a top-notch experienced technician AND a technician assistant to join our team with a minimum of 6 months experience in the industry! You must have experience to apply please. The technician AND assistant technician job bonus structure adds $300-$600 per month to your paycheck! *These positions will perform water, sewage, mold, fire mitigation duties in commercial and residential properties. Characteristics we are looking for: -Self Managed -Flexibility -Availability: Be able to work evenings if jobs run over and weekends. -Reliable -Dependable -Empathetic -Problem Solver -Follow Directions: We provide a checklist and a methodical process to follow at each job. Technician/Assistant Technician job duties include: -Communicating with customers and managers as needed -Documenting jobs via iPad and cell phone apps including photos, sketching, moisture readings, line items -Removing drywall, baseboards, carpet and/or pad, and other flooring types -Lifting, moving, dis-assembling customers belongings and furniture as needed -Setting up drying equipment correctly, including commercial fans, dehumidifiers, air scrubbers and more -Extracting water or sewage from flooring with commercial extractors -Cleaning the property with commercial cleaning products after job -Sanding/grinding/cleaning floors, sub floors, framing as needed after removal of wet or contaminated materials Additional Requirements: -Be able to pass a background check -Have a valid driver’s license with no accidents/tickets in the last year -Have a working cell phone with the ability to use our business apps -Good health and fit to carry and transport heavy equipment and be on your feet for many hours *This job begins as an hourly position 1099. After 60 days if all requirements are met you will be transferred to a *W2 position with health benefits/insurance option and PTO (paid time off) as well as an advanced training program. *After 1 year of employment, retirement option available with a 3% company match
