Approx. 13-14 hours/week on SATURDAYs and SUNDAYs Two shifts: 7 am to 1:30 pm (SAT & SUN) Must be able to commit to working both days- every weekend: April 24-December 19 Spiral Path Farm’s commitment to quality, cleanliness, and reliability has made us a leading organic vegetable farm in the region. Our 300-acre farm is located in Loysville (PA) and we are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team of ambassadors to attend and run our two farmer’s market stands located in Silver Spring and Bethesda, MD. Description: Our market team is responsible for delivering, unloading, setting up, selling, and most importantly REPRESENTING our produce. This job requires a lot of physical work, customer service, and quick sales/math skills in a fast-paced environment. Ideal Candidate: • Dependable and always on-time • Energetic • Able to lift up to 50 lbs. • Works well in a team • Enthusiastic about connecting with customers and representing our farm • Able to work outside • Responsible and follows directions well • Experience with farm markets (not required) • Compensation: Market Staff - $13.50 / hr. Market Driver - $18 / hr.
