Local property owner in Auburndale seeks general labor help to repair and maintain large home and property. Typical tasks include landscaping, mowing, painting, pavers, minor carpentry and other incidental handyman type functions. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools helpful. Must be honest, dependable, responsible, possess common sense and have a good work ethic. Also must be comfortable around dogs and cats. Please be self-motivated and able to work without constant direct supervision. Typical week would be approx. 30 hours, maybe more or less. Must be non-smoking and drug free without exception. Must be available to start immediately. Wages negotiated based on experience, must be fluent in English.
