Call our MEMCO office. 979-431-1678   Job Description: Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs to vehicle, equipment and greenhouses and scheduled routine maintenance to vehicles, equipment and greenhouse   Perform routine checks, repairs and basic installation to electrical systems   Perform service skills including, but not limited to, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, troubleshooting and repair of facility   Perform routine checks, repairs and basic installation of irrigation system       Perform regular preventative maintenance on facility     Mow or edge lawns, using power mowers or edgers   Gather and remove Litter   Perform other duties as required/ assigned by manager   Ability to drive or learn to drive heave machinery     Ability to work well with team
