Description
This is a heartbreaking decision, but after much consideration, I have decided to rehome my 9 year old Siberian Rue. I am transitioning from a home to living in a van and travelling full time, and its not fair to her to make adjust to my drastic lifestyle change. She is a total snuggle bug and loves nothing more than being the center of attention, but that means that she doesn't like to have any other pets to have to compete with. Rue is a one of a kind lady with a croaky meow, a purr that never stops, and the fluffiest paws you've ever seen. She is a big fan of meal times and naps, and as such she is a hefty 17lbs. This isn't too far off from where her weight should be for her breed, but she could definitely stand to lose a few pounds to make grooming herself easier. She actually really enjoys going for walks, but is prone to dramatic laying on the ground after every other step and requires someone with a sense of humor and patience to deal with her antics.
If you treat Rue like the queen she is, she will be your ride or die for life. She is genuinely an amazing personality and would love to be the ruler of your home.
She is up to date on all her shots and recently had a check up and came back with a clean bill of health. As a fluffy beast she requires frequent brushing, which she loves, but in classic cat style, she will pretend she hates it the whole time (meowing in protest while purring).
I am asking for a $75 dollar rehoming fee because I want to make sure that I can filter serious requests only, and that she is being taken in by someone who can take care of her. I will also give you all her food, toys, grooming items, ect.
Feel free to reach out with any questions!
