Description Staff Management | SMX has immediate openings for our premier client on the Eastside of Indianapolis! We currently have 1st and 2nd shift openings for Material Handlers and Cherry Pickers, $13-13.50/hr. Potential for full time based on performance and attendance. $300 sign on bonus - must meet requirements. Temperature checks, social distancing and face masks will be required for your safety. Job Responsibilities: - Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock - Maintain inventory recording locations with precision and accuracy - Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders - Maintain in-process inventory at work centers by delivering and opening materials and supplies - High School diploma or GED required. - Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred. - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds - Forklift and Cherry Picker require previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. - Steel or composite toed shoes required. • Full Time • 2nd Shift • 1st Shift   Associate Requirements: • HS Diploma or GED • Able to Lift 30 pounds • Background Check • Drug Test • Stand for Shift Duration • Must be at least 18 years old Associate Benefits: • Casual Dress Code • Weekly paychecks • Direct Deposit or Cash Card pay options • Medical / Dental Insurance • Referral Bonus (Restrictions Apply) • $13.00 to $13.50 • Ask about our Referral Bonus!
