Seeking punctual, responsible individuals to fill full-time positions within our harvest crew for a licensed OLCC Cannabis grow facility. We are looking for individuals who are go-getters and are interested in growing with us as the company grows. Candidate should have good hand-eye coordination, be reliable, and get along well with co-workers. The harvest crew spends a lot of time together so it's important to be a team player! You will also need a marijuana handlers permit from the OLCC (it's easy to get if you don't already have one, we can help you out). Harvest Crew Duties Include: -Hand trimming is the bulk of the work, but there are a variety of other tasks -Chop plants, account for weights -Clean and reset rooms for the next round -Help Plant-techs with up-potting and cloning -Help out with running our pre-roll machines -Other tasks as necessary We take care of our people and when positions open up we really try to hire and train from within.
