Misc. odd jobs needed for routine maintenance on home, such as clean gutters, sprinklers need servicing, touch-up paint, gather limbs from yard and take to road, yard work, plant grass, fertilize, clean dryer vent, rebuild mailbox (optional),..........re-work water fountain, etc.
I'm 93 and these are things I normally took care of, but I'm no longer able to do,...... but I can help.
There are a few days work here and prefer work by hourly wage based on ability.
(Brawn is more useful than skill)
