Large sofa sleeper remove and disposal

Large sofa hide a bed, in second floor apartment, easy straight stairs. In reasonable shape, can't use the bed as apartment is small, replacing with daybed. Looking for removal and you dispose of. It's heavy of course, my knee won't let me carry it downstairs. Two person job. $40 and you keep sofa. Text only or email plz
