Full time maintenance technician needed for a small owner managed property. ****Prior Experience is Required**** MUST HAVE A PHONE WITH SERVICE AT ALL TIMES Must have a reliable vehicle with insurance at all times. Must have a valid Drivers License. Ability to live on-site is a plus but not necessary. Must own your own tools. Job Entailment/Requirements: - General Maintenance Skills - Electrical - Plumbing - Carpentry - HVAC - Painting - Pool Maintenance (Upkeep of Pool and Pool Filtration System) - Lawn Maintenance (Mowing, Edging, Occasional Trimming) - Grounds-keeping - Organization Skills (Shop, Keys, Paperwork) - Work Efficiently and Effectively Without Instruction - Finish Tasks in a Timely Manner This position requires you to be on-call 24/7 for emergency purposes.
