Related Management is currently seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to temporarily join us at a 80 unit affordable community in Paris, TN. Responsibilities include:   - Completion of resident work orders (general repairs, plumbing, appliance repairs, electrical, drywall, painting)  - Prepare vacant units for future renters  - Upkeep of the buildings and grounds daily.   - Ensure all equipment is in working condition and follow preventative maintenance schedule  - Communicate with the Maintenance Supervisor about unsafe or hazardous environments on the property  Qualifications/Requirements: - 3 years of experience in general maintenance preferred   - Affordable housing experience preferred  - HVAC : repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.  - Plumbing: repairs, replace parts, installation  - Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.  - Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting  - Electrical/Appliance: lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, etc.  - Must able to lift 50LBS and stand for 8 hours  SCHEDULE: Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:00am - 4:30pm *Emergency on-call is required *This is a part-time temporary role while our technician is out on leave* To learn more about our maintenance technician job watch here: Related Management Company (RMC) is the owner and operator of a premier portfolio of assets valued at over $60 billion.
