Must have general knowledge of construction, can operate small equipment including excavators, chainsaws, pressure washers. Manufactured and modular home experience is appreciated however, not required. We are looking for employees who can be apart of our team at Dave's Quality Homes, run maintenance within our manufactured home communities. Must have a valid NYS drivers license. Full time and part time positions available. Positions available in Chittenango, NY and Rome, NY.
