Job Description: Garden Life is currently seeking a qualified and reliable individual to be part of our team and work directly with a crew leader for training and then start running your own crew. This involves regular on-site care (garden maintenance) visits, communicating professionally with clients, with team members to accomplish projects and tasks. Our services also include garden and landscape installations, therefore some days will consist of more labor intensive tasks. Skills: • Must have experience with basic garden care (maintenance- weeding, deadheading, edging, soil improvement, etc.) • A strong understanding of correct pruning methods • General plant identification • Plant installation- woodies, perennials and annuals • Working as a team member, utilizing clear communication, willingness to learn and teach • Basic writing and organizational skills • Valid drivers license Experience: • 2-4 years of field work- either landscaping and/or doing garden care (maintenance) • College degree or comparable experience/training in horticulture is a plus Please send your resume to [email protected] or fill out the link on our web page to apply- GardenLifeNH.com.
