Inground Pool Tile Repair

Description

We want all the 6 inch wide tile on the inside rim replaced with new. The circumference of the pool is approximately 115 ft. 95% of the tile has been removed and the surface beneath the tile was ground out last fall. Tile still needs removed around two skimmers. We have all ready purchased the new mosaic tile. Same as the previous pattern. Would like an estimate. We can only pump out the water to about 6 -8 inches deep. The deep end of the pool is 12 ft deep. Probably will have to work from a ladder at the deep end.
