Opportunities for promotion are available! Valid Driver's License required for Driver positions and Crew Leader Perform lawn inspections, mowing, pruning of shrubs, and bed detail. Have daily check in with Supervisor to discuss the day's production and any issues, questions, or concerns that arose during the day Regular attendance at the Service Center and all required meetings Work well under pressure of deadlines Continually build relationships and promote excellent customer service, integrity and professionalism Work extensive hours to generate results Perform all other duties assigned Requirements: Must be able to work Monday - Friday, overtime as required with paid overtime rates that apply. • Must be able to handle the physical work: all weather conditions, heavy lifting (30-80 pounds), and extensive walking. • You must have a valid AL driver's license (for Drivers position) • Background Check/Drug Test Required education: • High school or equivalent Benefits: Employee Benefits to those who qualify include • PTO (Paid vacation, sick days) • Paid holidays • Health/Dental/Vision/ More • Must be able to pass a background check/drug test • 40-- 50 hour work week.
