Pro Landscape and Design is a local landscape installation company specializing in residential custom landscapes in the Pikes Peak region. We currently have a full time Mon-Fri opening for a landscape crew supervisor to lead a crew of 4-5 members. Job responsibilities include: Overseeing day to day operations and delegating while working alongside of crew. Making sure projects are completed within timelines. Making sure crew members are performing tasks safely and according to company policies. Responsible for training new crew members and reporting back to project manager. Job requirements: Must have a valid DL Must have reliable transportation Must have at least 3 years of supervisory experience Must have knowledge in all aspects of landscape installation Must be able to lift 50lbs without restrictions. Bilingual preferred.
