Proactive Pest and Weed Control is currently highering for two full-time technician positions. We are a small locally owned and operated business serving Rio Rancho and Albuquerque for both residential and commercial pest and weed control spraying. Regular work hours are from 8:00am-7:00pm Monday-Friday, with the option to work Saturday if available. Pay is commission-based, based on the work completed, and starting full-time technicians make approximately $2,500.00 a month with several options for bonuses and regular raises. Employees are paid twice monthly on the 1st and the 15th of each month. Our workload increases during the summer so we are interested in both a seasonal as well as a long-term permanent position. You will need to be able to pass a background check and have a clean driving record as you will be driving a company truck each day and entering the residential homes of our clients.
