Office Cleaner Needed ASAP

A local manufacturing and distribution facility is in need of an office cleaner ASAP. Duties include housekeeping of all front office areas, breakroom (and appliances), and 6 restrooms. We are looking for an individual who is detail oriented, efficient, and takes pride in their work. The office cleaner will need to be available for 8 hours once per week, and will need to be available for one additional shift per month for detail work such as light fixtures, displays, etc. We are flexible on which day of the week the cleaner comes in but it does need to be consistent. Pay is $11 and hour, paid with company check on a bi-weekly basis. We do not withhold taxes so a W9 form is required for 1099 purposes (you will be considered an independent contractor).
