Bttm needing help moving

I am needing some real help moving. Some furniture is heave but only a couple pieces. After helping we can have some R & R. me orl bttm, clean D & D free all the way round, 53yo, 5'8, 190. Covid negative and had both vaccines in Dec and Jan. Don't normally do this, but maybe you or you and a buddy have nothing to do and can help out. Maybe it can be something regular. I am picky as far as the r&r. Going to start moving today but most likely moving the big stuff this weekend. Please send stats and when available, No alcohol or drugs. Moving within the same building.
