Meet collectors and make new friends. Learn why each “Hummel” figurine is a piece of art unto itself. From its multi-pieced construction to its hand painting, no two Hummels are alike – even from the same mold. Learn why no “Hummel” is ever put on the market without its design first being approved by the convent of Siessen at Saulgau and undergoing rigorous quality control measures. Learn what makes a piece rare, worth thousands of dollars. The coveted trademarks (TMKs 1 – 3), from the early 1930s through the early 1970s, can have collectors from around the world clamoring to buy pieces at unexpected prices, based on their desire to own a rarity.
