I am a real estate investor and I am looking for someone who is reliable and motivated that wants to make some extra cash in real estate. I will pay you $12/hr plus gas to drive in certain neighborhoods(Collin and Denton County) to look for distressed houses. (houses with nasty front yards, broken doors, damaged roofs, broken fences). I will provide the software app for you. All you need is to drive around, listen to your music or podcast, take pictures/notes, and email the list to me after each drive. This is a temp gig. Expectation is 30-50 houses per hour and 10 hours per week. Driving schedule is flexible and you make your own hours/schedule. The drive can be anytime during the day(before sunset).
