PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD!!! Hello, I have a young male dog, between 1-3 years of age. He weighs 13 pounds and is quite small and compact! We believe he is a Lhasa Apso, or mix. We are calling him Hans.He was found under a car with no identification or chip. He was VERY matted and smelly!! I have had him fully vetted, he is completely up to date on all shots, and after today, he will be neutered. This is what I know about him so far.He is not crazy about the Kennel but as long as he can see someone he will be quite. Or if I leave the TV on while I'm at work that seems to help as well! He is a bit hyper and anxious, we are managing this with children's Benadryl chewable tablet and Melatonin 3mg( vet recommended and dose approved)He appears to be in great health. He is decent with Cats. He needs to be reminded not to chase them, but overall he has adjusted well to our cats. He has boundary issues with other dogs and will try to lick and hump them, but has shown ZERO aggression!! If the other dog/dogs is firm with him, he will EVENTUALLY respect them. It does not appear that he has had much training or socialization. However he is VERY sweet and very SMART and highly trainable! He has not had an accident in the house, but I do keep a belly band on him in case he feels the need to mark. If you are truly serious I will answer any and all questions to the best of my knowledge. There is a rehoming fee of $650, non- negotiable!, but this is what it will include; He was just groomed, full vet records(he is up to date on all shots and good with heartworm prevention for the full year)recent neuter surgery, harness, leash and collar, full case of the food he is eating, and a full pack of belly bands! I want this little guy to have the best chance at finding a new home! With a little patience, possibly some basic training, I think he will be a wonderful addition to any family!
