After reading the rave reviews of Border Tails Rescue I did a bit of research, Seems they are bringing dogs from Mexico here to Chicago. Doesn't Chicago already have MORE than enough dogs needing homes already here in the city without adding more? You will also be paying a $600 fee for a dog brought in from Mexico. A local homeless pet has a $425 adoption fee. Last time I checked the CCAC charges $65 adoption fee for a local, homeless dog...what gives?
