This is a homeowners association so all of the watering is at a single location (65 homes). The hoses and sprinklers will be in place and so the job will be going to the faucets and turning on the water and then after a while turning it off. There will also be some spot watering.
The areas will be newly seeded and so you will help the seedlings to germinate and grow. After these are established you can stay on and water the yards or you can be done.
The job is 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday.
The pay is $14/hour.
